I came across a job posted yesterday by my manager for my exact role in a “strategic” location. This also happened earlier in the year with a previous manager and it ended up not being an issue (they backfilled for someone who left but it was at a level above me).
I received Met Expectations across the board for my annual review. How worried should I be about layoffs?
