HR has removed TSRs from workday for job postings and career intelligence. What are they trying to cover up now?

HR is still adjusting TSRs for RTO
they probably are going to adjust down all the TSRs.
Use the mypeopledata.webb.att.com/geo-zone-modeling. It will compare where you sit to the position you are looking at.

I looked for them a few months ago and couldn't find them either. Wasn't sure if I was just not looking in the right spot or what was going on. Workday is not easy to navigate at all.

Licking the boots of this morally bankrupt soul crushing, family wrecking company is your prerogative. You’ve chosen your path poorly and sold your soul in the process.
Sure. Let us give this POS company the benefit of the doubt. Bwaaaahhhaaahhhhaaa!
You could realize this happens each year when they update paybands or you could shoot at drones no one else sees like a drunken hillbilly

Ask Mr. Techie Bachelor of farts to release the updates of his AT&T diversity initiative with all of the numbers. My hunch is you will see a dramatic increase in PoC, women and other minorities as part of the new hire STEM replacements and an absolute statistical impossibility of a plummeting decline in 50+ white men. Mom’s proud of you Jer. Real proud.
All these things may be true, and they may be hiding something.
But this HAS happened before, usually when they update the TSR’s for the new year.

Most people are out for the holidays, but I tend to track the salaries and look at them yearly after the updates…so I’ll ask what’s going on and see if I can get any info.
If they’re going to be hiding pay-bands then that’s another huge anti-worker change but let’s get confirmation.
