I left six months ago, and it was such a relief, but the toll BofA took on me was huge. It took months to get my head and body back on track. BofA is the kind of place that drains you emotionally, mentally, and physically. I didn’t realize how much damage it had done until I stepped away. Now, I’m finally back to my old self. If you’re considering leaving, do it. Your body and mind will thank you.

I’m envious. Many of my peers have left and are significantly happier & enjoying at least a 20% salary bump. I constantly question why I continue working for this company, hoping things will improve—but they never do.
OP comments can apply to any position at any company. If your departure (or escape) from BOFA is warranted then go for it. Just hope the pasture is greener than the one that you are currently in now. For some it could be a happy retirement (like me) or another job at another company. Timing is appropriate today for this phrase, "God bless us, every one!"
This company is so azz backwards and it's not even funny. These id--ts always come up with some new stupid procedures every week. Incompetence starts with the blockhead CEO on down to his cronies. I have never seen so many empty suit mutherfockas in my life. The conference calls are just a waste of time. Many of these calls serve no purpose. I am so ashamed to be part this shlithole bank.
