Wow - someone is pulling the wool over my eyes - I'm a B5 with a 79k income
I'd die for 100k, 200k whoa, 300k is a dream - I also was told my income is "high" and others on the team need to catch up before I can get an increase - WHY? They have only worked here 10 years and their income should be the same as mine okay - seems no matter what my income is tiny compared to everyone else

Ask for more but remind your manager you are making $200k so they can laugh 1st before telling you to go pound sand.
