I’m wondering how next year will play out. Should we brace for layoffs in the first quarter, or will we get a brief reprieve before they start cutting people again? It’s sad that the question has shifted from "Will there be layoffs?" to "When will they resume?"

There was supposed to be a layoff in November, that was pushed to last two weeks of January.
1lcq+1w8Ls1pW - aww d-mb d-mb strikes again. Yes genius we are still here in oriskany . and still telling you how to do your job so we wont go anywhere anytime soon hater. But seeing you're a mo--n i’ll help you even more. Oriskany isn't the only location fully wfh. There are many others dipsh-t. Jealous cause we don't have to get out of our jammies and still do more than you ?
What is there to think about the layoffs here anymore? It is never going to end. There is no innovative thriving industrious culture. There is only cheap, mediocre and fear. You will never have a ‘career’ here. You will only be a victim.
Big layoffs in Q1.
Then continue every month.
We heard February, but who really knows for sure...
I think a big wave at start of February… then more by second quarter
I think this year will be similar to last. They still have Oriskinay staff to weed out. Just my hunch but I believe the mother of all layoffs will be in 2026 or 2027 depending on how advanced AI gets in that time. I think you’ll see operations get shredded by 50% within 3 years and 75% within 5. These are just my personal opinions
so is it by grade like svp or is it by rating group 5-7? are 5-7 groups enough to make up for 10% of cuts?
I worked with the best 3 Directors. All 3 gone this years 2024. Now I working with new stupid directors. My department will be failed soon. I am ready for that.
Year 2025 they target SVPs. Any SVP ,who works harder and smarter than new people, will let go.
February?
The layoffs always happened in the 2nd week through 3rd week of January. Where do you all get information that it starts in February? Is it a rumor?
The bloodbath begins in February.
