Layoffs every few months, endless reshuffling, and goals that don’t make any sense. Management’s mantra is always “do more with less,” but they don’t seem to notice or care how unhappy people are. There’s no future here. If you’re able, start figuring out how to move on.

@3cq+1waqS19p - because it's so fun to whine about this place. Why leave? it's not like we have to do any real work here anymore. quiet quit, collect the checks and call it a day.
Be honest, you're all here because you have nowhere else to go. The best you can do is whine about the compensation. Why don't you do something about it?
Keep transitioning to new systems that don’t work as intended at launch, then “run out of money” to fix them to get them to do what they should have at launch, rinse repeat

Brutal honesty time. NO company cares about you. Our job is to survive the best way we can. I remember a generation that was promised a pension for life, insurance, and union benefits. Those men and women thought they were protected. Most never expected the company to declare bankruptcy. With the stroke of a pen, pensions, protection and sense of security were gone.
Not my problem anymore. Thanks for the package!
BAC 3-year plan (for the past 25 years) = "Do More with Less"
Until there aren't any of us left.
I don't give two shlits about this company anymore. They have a bunch of so called leaders that are just empty suit mutherfockas . They don't have clue on what they are doing. This company had good leaders about 10 years ago but now it has went to shlit .
