This company will cease to exist within 5 years. This is headed down a path of epic failure.
Ask yourself this, when everyone leaves in droves all at once and you get 2-3x the workload dropped on your desk, and your support staff are all incompetent untrained H1B and DEI hires and your reward is a 15% pay cut via RTO will you still be around? I know I wont.

We’ve already been dealing with this for a while now in a lot of teams. I think the reality of they want to make you miserable so you’ll quit is just starting to be realized by some. Definitely not the same great place to work it was my first few years. I’ve seen so many awesome people get laid off or leave because of bad policies it makes my heart break thinking about what used to be. I know I’ll be heading out as soon as I get my “meets” review.
