Will Fidelity honor a 2 week notice? Not sure if this is role specific or not. Just curious if I’ll be told to leave same day or can work the 2 weeks out (if I find a new job). Not in an advisor role but am licensed.

If you are leaving to work for a competing firm, you will be asked to leave immediately, but with pay.
They will typically just pay out your PTO and pay you for those two weeks I believe
