The company pays its US based employees terrible.US based 15-20 year associates still paid under $50k. They create quasi roles in which you have supervisor level authority - but don’t pay you the salary of a lead or supervisor. They also have special project roles ‘that could lead to a permanent role’ which normally would pay a higher grade- but really only need that role filled for a few temporary months- like during acquisitions of other banks- training and mentoring without any bump in salary! They hire offshore contractors from Guatemala and Bangladesh that have different metrics to meet for the same position! It’s entirely unfair if not discriminatory! Have no idea how they keep winning best places to work awards!
