We're all getting downsized, there's no need to cheerlead Shart's BS.
Put managers that are all but non-existent at the top of that list…… no……no……. Make managers that never say no, the top……. No….actually make managers that have a job to do but manage people also just to keep a manager position at minimum capacity. Oh he-l…… which to choose first?
