TriQuint Semiconductor is a high tech semiconductor company that designs, produces and distributes high-performance RF modules, components as well as foundry services. The company mostly works with the semiconductor gallium arsenide (AKA GaAs), and is the #3 worldwide leader in GaAs devices and the #1 worldwide commercial GaAs foundry. Triquint was established in 1985 in Beaverton, OR. Today (2010) it's main office is located in Hillsboro, Oregon, with other locations in San Jose (CA), Chelmsford (MA), Boulder (CO), Richardson (TX), High Point (NC), Apopka (FL), Munich (GERMANY), Heredia (COSTA RICA)and several other smaller location internationally.
