We have gotten no direction, no communication, no support. This acquisition was by far the worst of ExPression's history.

Quite disappointed with this continuing instability, lack of transparency, accountability, real problem solving, etc etc.

What a complete mess. I feel sorry for the students.
The culture of Ex'pression is lost forever. So, so sad. Now, it's just another vocational school without any purpose. Can't even make a profit or even stay in compliance thanks to the mishandling by the Navitassholes.
And then today Ex'pression finds out that the very last real human with authority's position (VP of Finance) has been eliminated. And what is going on with all of these eliminated positions? The work is still there. People still need stuff - the work is just being piled on to those remaining. With an ineffectual leader, the outlook is grim at best.
Actually, it was kinda iffy the last time about 5 years ago or so. Things were chaotic but at least we got communication.
