its not good to mock it. They are decent and hard working people, at Walmart, unlike some folks in our office. It is much worse to have jobs paying more not because of what you know or can do but because of who you know. promotions and job security in our business unfortunately is this way. and certainly there are no mysterious HR formulas.
Anonymous69305 - I wish if I had courage to do what you did. 4 kids, cannot take that risk.
Why not quit the cubicle and do something on your own as a business. Quit in 2008, never looked back.
