HR Issues

Has anyone else not been able to get ahold of HR for questions...I have left 3 messages with no return phone call.

HR opens "incidents" in the same ticketing software interface as SOLV, so check your email for updates and assignment. Then peoplelink the name of the HR person that picks up your incident, call them directly. You can also see who their immediate supervisor is ;)

HR are busy with all the layoff paper works. Paper works for 7,000 employees are hectic. Job security for HR right now.

HR has never responsive by phone or email. It sometimes took about 3-5 days until someone called back. Sending an email might help, too. However, it will take probably 7 business days until there might be a reply. At least this is what I made the experience with. It took 8 business days to get a response.
