The future of Cameron is not personal, it's business! No one should expect loyally! That went away with the baby boomers! Back in the day the boomers made it happen with less pay and help! The new generation is only looking out for them selves! I say good for them and good luck to Corporate America! You no longer have the generation that got you to be in the game! The best part of a company is the loyalty by employees!

Check out the WTO/ World Trade Orginization. This is just a small piece of the puzzle and a major part of what is going on with Cameron. Throwing away the knowledge and history, the baby boomers and starting from scratch. The youth ain't gonna see it coming. Production is moving to China and anything may have to offer is simply cheaper there. The products are built maintained and sold there now. Learn Chinese and may survive.
Get Rid of the Indians here that are not citizens. They are bringing down corporations as they work cheap but have no creativity. They only know how to please their boss. Take old ideas and try to make them seem new. This is not the way to build a stronger company or future.
You want to go with a smaller, mid size to small company, that is where people still care and you can grow
I am 26 years, I want to be loyal but no company today wants to be loyal to anyone. Look what they are doing with outsourcing, H1 visas, mass layoffs, etc. I want to be like my dad, I want to spend 35 years at the same place, I want to build something and grow with the company. But... All big companies are slaves of the Wall Street Masters they serve them and shareholders, so, what's in this for me? Why would I be loyal when i see H1B folks from all over the world being brought over here in the States and they take our good paying American jobs? Why? So we can make a penny more in our earnings call? I want to be loyal, but for a love affair both parties need to be in love.
