Ragson is anti-innovation and wants to devalue patents. Patents aren't an asset subject to bubble pricing, like say, the housing market. Patent licensing reflects the will of two consenting adults, and are the most efficient and liquid of markets. If those Bears don't understand, play the nostalgia card of technology enablement, how QC out-slugged the established 2G tyrants. QC won't reinvent the wheel (or carousel), but can license these innovations on mutually beneficial terms.
