Looks like one of the worthless managers is either getting the boot or promoted!! Just adding more useless people to this great organization!!

I just learned about this site since people at work are talking about it and I can't believe what I am reading. My manager is great and I have no issues with her. Sure she expects me to do my job but she is always available to assist me and listens to me even when I am frustrated then has something positive to offer as a solution. She is straight forward and has always been a positive support to me and others she works with.
I heard this location is being sold! Has before and it looks like it will again. Getting rid of the bad apple.
Management absolutely does not care about quality of people, there is a lot of protectionism, family/friends being protected, shady stuff. A bunch of monkeys running the place.
Why are they hiring? I thought there was a hiring freeze for ALL of Weatherford?
This location shipped to Iran?! What dumb fuc*%! I'm assuming everyone involved was fired? Anyone know? It wouldn't surprise me if they're still working here. And they wonder why the company is sinking!
I like working here. I get to play online all day and pay my bills. It's so hard to appear busy for a whole 8 hours. Most of the time I take 2 hr lunches to run errands. If I just can't keep my eyes open I pretend I'm not feeling well and go home. Then I come in late the next day since I'm still not feeling well AKA don't feel like pretending to work. I love my job!! My manager is clueless!
They laid off employees to drum up for this new "general manager's" salary! This facility is poorly ran from what I've heard. Managers aren't qualified to hold the positions they're in. It's obvious it's WHO you know NOT WHAT you know! They're the joke of Weatherford. It's because of this location we were fined since these dumb asses shipped to Iran!!
