Incompetent Managers

Good company run by wrong (I really mean very unqualified) managers.The bank is supposed to have a set of core values and operating principles for the manager(s) to follow but, unfortunately, some managers are running the bank like their own private enterprise and never have to be held accountable for their actions and deeds.The sad part is that the HR always takes the managers side. At the end of the day, the HR would always tell you they were not able to substantiate any of your complaints.

How can Brian claim there is a new BAC if you are keeping the same Board and the same irresponsible managers? Some word trickery. My car is new because I just washed it. I think I should now gain a raise.

A while back, I over heard a manager talking to a friend. The manager said I would love to see what happens if the old bat had a mouse running around in (gender) office.

A year later mysteriously, a mouse showed up in the old bats office. HR would be the first to ask for proof (how do you show it?). I guess the mouse was the proof. This just shows another incompetent manager let in the door.

One manager I knew was told to eliminate headcount or performed this for vengeance. The manager attempted to find ways to create insubordination in attempt to show employees were disagreeing with orders and when this did not work new games showed up. The manager then tried to prove lack of team player spirit on some employees by splitting hairs in the employee handbook and when this did not work. The manager attempted to sell the idea, people were not completing there assigned work and when this did not work. The manager became desperate and attempted to setup employees by distracting employees from going to meetings stating the assigned is more important. The manager withheld critical training information or half trained leaving out information. The tricks used came from the persons experience from a college fraternity. The manager was a half turn from a true nut.

If HR is reading this, can we identify this insubordinate manager?

The Tsar likes to hold Propaganda town hall meetings along with his executives (Tsar word of B). The Tsar also makes Propaganda videos of himself advertised on the internal websites.

Day and night the Tsar cry’s out, it is not his fault, it is the markets fault -tweet tweet.

The Tsar demands his people carry his words outside the castle gates.

In all seriousness, the propaganda layout is similar to satanic cults from history.

Internally it is very much like the Salem Witch Trials guided by incompetent managers.

I never thought a place could be so toxic, organized in attempts to promote headcount turnover. The best lying incompetent mangers are promoted. The smartest vengeful managers are promoted. A true mixed bag of nuts and HR protects all of them.
