Maybe there is no future in physical stores. 100% digital would make a lot of sense. Amazon does it, why shouldn't we?
Get a clue...The ship has sailed on Follett. This is what happens when Corporate kills moral and gets rid of anyone with a clue how to run a store. Nothing positive in Follett's future.
