Sorry about your "potential wrecks". Let me tell you about the potential shareholder wreck we nearly endured. Sometimes we gotta tough it out and the Board and I are very proud of what we accomplished from toughing it out. When I drove home yesterday I nearly had 3 wrecks from others sliding into me! The schools closed and other large businesses let their employees off without making them take their own time off. It seems we would be more lenient in times of bad weather.

We've done the numbers and as an investment advisor I can say that we will open at standard operating hours. We estimate 5 employees will be in a wreck tomorrow morning and this will not come close to the $400,000 in labor costs lost should we open at 9AM. How could I answer to the Board if we made such a poor decision? Imagine where that $400K in capex could go? You have to think as an investment advisor 24/7/365 even when you are on vacation... "Do I go for the upgraded room? No this a budgeted vacation I will choose the standard queen room" Make sense? Thank you for your continued service. The Board and I sincerely appreciate you.
