Surprised to see few TM's online who were removed on Feb11 lay off cycle. But they joined in different teams.

TTS identified 23 eligible TMs (all engineers or architects) from the Canada teams who were eligible - not sure how many opted to accept.
What area? TTS? If so, I believe there was an exception in TTS where you could be hired back as an engineer.
