If you think you are valued, you are wrong. SAE Global/ Navitas will lay you off without real thought to what you have contributed for the time you are here. We have seen SAE wipe their hands off of people who had committed over 10 years of their lives to SAE, and they were considered an expense. We have seen new people who had made an impact in a short time, and they were considered an expense. The fact is.. THEY DON'T CARE. There are some who are protected, probably because they know too much (HR, Compliance). The SAE I knew, under Tom Misner, was more employee friendly than the SAE of today. Most of us here use the SAE paycheck to fund our other ventures. So maybe that's why many of us deal with the bulls***.

Big companies like SAE NEVER value you as a person or what you bring to the table. No matter how much they tell you opposite.....they will lie to you and use you until they don't need you anymore. WELCOME TO SAE!
They value the bottom line
I have another job to help with the low salary of SAE. Living in major cities is expensive and I think they feed off of the fact that we like our school enough to accept these salary levels. They don't realize that many of us have other sources of income to supplement SAEs salary.
I don't feel valued, and definitely have a sense of disconnection between "management" and those of us doing the real work - providing the service that we sell to our clients.
They got rid of most of the US management idiots that screwed up the place. But there still is a lot of crap to clean up and no one to really do it.
That's the perception of most at our campus.
