Left in 2008, the writing was on the wall then and it's not going to get better. Every quarter we had a management meeting where we had to rank every employee in the department. You knew you were signing a death warrant for anyone at the bottom. What a joy when I went to work for a company that cared about people and didn't treat them like easily replaceable bodies.
