This is in addition to the closure of the publishing plant in Kansas City in 2014, closure of two photo plants in Tennessee in 2012, and closing of two plants in Tulsa in 2009. Lifetouch's ESOP has barely grown in years. Continued mismanagement will take Lifetouch down, much like Kodak of a few years ago.
