The Layoff severance package

Lots of people wandering about severance package. Some of the folks told me that employee who earned more than 120K will get monthly salary plus number of years working for the company. It all depends of the "level"of experience. The lower the level, the less money. The company will also provide one additional month of medical insurance. It is so not bad considering how many people will lose job.

Just stop with all the bullshit...Young Guns vs Old Farts. Truth is there are plenty of both with no work ethic. Any job is what you put into it. What they need to do is audit everyone's timekeeping and clean house of everyone who has been paid for hours not worked. There are plenty in Land who feel like they are privileged.

I think you mean "wondering" not "wandering". Also I think you mean month salary "multiplied by" years of service not "plus" years of service.
