Thread regarding Heald College layoffs

From an article http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/04/14/heald-college-fine-jobs_n_7067056.html?cps=gravity_2246_-636080083728721325

The Education Department said it had found 946 false job placement rates dating back to at least 2010, and slapped Heald with a $29.7 million fine and a ban on enrolling new students. Heald must prepare plans for its thousands of students -- enrolled in health care, business, technology and legal programs across its online school and 12 campuses in California, Hawaii and Oregon -- to either graduate or transfer to a new school.

Only 946 fakes found. Wow. How did ED miss all the others?

794 You forgot to mention "factories assembly line" that's where most of Heald grads are beeing placed. Check out "Indeed.com" You'll see most of their resumes posted there.

794 I quit Career Services because I couldn't take all the lying, this is provable fraud and recent. It has nothing to do with calculations, it is fraud and deception from top down and I am glad it is being exposed.

I can't say much about the Taco Bell, Safe way type placement. Take it out is my recommendation. But after readying the majority of the letter to Jack Masamino, there is clearly a misunderstanding of placement reporting methodologies. Especially since there are so many different methodologies and guidelines depending on what accreditor you are under.
