Multiple sources have reported rumblings that phase 2 of layoffs will begin in June. If you are a current employee get out while you still can. Once they lay you off under the fake underacheiver category (their chosen method to not make it look like layoffs) you will have a harder time getting new job. Leave on your own terms. This place is as ruthless as it comes. I had a background check done for another job and allscripts told the background investigator that i never worked there. I had to provide W2 forms and manager references to prove i in fact did. Thats the type of place this is.

They didn't wait until June. 300+ lay offs started today, I heard 100% of North American support for Pro apps is gone leaving only India personnel for help desk. With the hundreds of calls in the backlog, I wonder who will be answering the phones now? I predict the next announcement will be another 'merger', re: sale of these same business units.

This place is definitely ruthless. It's no longer the legacy company you used to know. Employees are not valued as people and are seen by leadership as easily replaceable, even when in specific instances they truly aren't.
