Way to go Ed... Ed is an Amazing person. I remember when he came around to all of the campuses and was going to make so many changes. He truly is an AMAZING human being. Also, VP Devlin Rice is an AMAZING manager. LOL If you are curious about the condition of EDMC just look at the senior management. Good old boy DR couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag. In a meeting, a manager asked DR a direct question in what he thought should be done to make improvements for the SUO Chandler Center and good old DR had no clue. He diverted the question and turned it back onto the Manager. It is just a matter of time before the façade comes to an end which is sad because there are many, many Great people working at EDMC.

DR was here at aio. He is a direct result of promoting within. He was an ar who manipulated students to start school back in the hayday. He runs his ship through fear and his temper. When cc opened ai phx, she promoted DR to come over to ai phx. He has zero working knowledge on how to run a business, let alone a college. KKR JUST READ HIS RESUME AND PLACE HIM WHERE YOU THINK HE SHOULD BE. IF YOU THINK A PERSON WITH AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE SHOULD RUN YOUR CAMPUS, THATS FINE WITH ME.
I don't know why you guys think that our leaders like DR, SR and TR aren't qualified to run SUO. Afterall DR only has an AS degree and has failed to ger his BS despite numerous attempts. SR, he barely passed his BS and failed 3 times to get his MS. TR has an MS from AUO but occasionally seems to get confused in between running a business and library. I believe in my leaders, they are knowledgable enough to ruin thousands of employee and student lives.
I agree Anonymous91344 I too feel bad for students at our campus. The GVP and CRE VP rammed a consolidation down our throats. No one saw our hands up as a sign we were choking. They thought we were giving up; they knew better but chose not too listen. The GVP is gone and I'd like the CRE VP to step into my shoes. There are plenty of openings at many challenged campuses. He's only operating on my teams effort I'd like to see him run a true profit center. Surely he can talk a good game in the room. Lets see if you can make it as an ADA, Mr. CRE VP you wouldn't last a week.
