Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Chase will 300 bank branches in this year, that's 5% of all branches, you can expect this trend to continue for very long time, you can bet that we'll end up with 50% less branches in a 5 to 10 year period. Everything is going digital, people are banking on their phones, transfers, deposits, etc. iPhone killed the branch, just like video killed the radio star. Anyhow, good luck to all my fellow tellers in Chase branches all over the country, the game is more difficult now and you better look for a different job.
