Has anyone that was part of the April 29th RIF received their severance check yet? I returned the "Severance Agreement" on May 1st, but have not received a check yet. I returned the agreement to my campus and made sure my old director signed it so I would have proof that I did return it. I spoke to the HR director a couple of weeks ago and she said I would get it "soon". Now, I can't get her on the phone and she is not returning messages. Just wondering if anyone is receiving their checks.

nope, still no severance... left messages for HR, no one answering the phones
thank you for asking this question, I woke up this morning wondering the same. I was not part of Tempe so did not get the 60 days through WARN, submitted my form 4/29 as well. Will post when I receive it.
It will not be released until after June 28 which is the official last day of employment. We were told not to turn the letter in until June 28th.
If you haven't received it yet, then you'll get it during the next pay check period, which is next week. They only process them during the pay period.
Since there were so many layoffs, payroll had to separate the processing so some have received theirs and some haven't.
