The handbook explains you can post to internal bank positions but this not exactly true. They have run campaigns at town halls around the subject letting everyone know they should move around internally.

You can post to internal positions but your manager will block it. I had over heard my manager block employees multiple times by making hints at age etc. You say there is no reason for a manager to block a transfer, sure there is. We have shown the prejudice, ego, jealousy, and competition for more money, higher rank title. If you make it to another department, I saw them intimidate the other hiring manger (told to eliminate the person they just hired). I overheard a passing comment to someone who posted. The departmental managers passed the employee and said so you do not want to work in our department (The next step was to show they were failing the job on employee reviews) The hiring manager feels they need to fire people instead of letting them leave by transfer. The ego status and control over the group is at risk. HR sits back and helps the manger on their crusade. HR states you can only attempt to transfer three times a year. I do not know anyone who can obtain a job by sending three internal resumes out a year. It is a scam by HR. I would imagine they will let disability people move and on statistics they can show they let a percentage of people move a year. We can see during a reduction in head count year this would be useful to run campaigns to help them eliminate people who they interpret do not want to work in the department.

I am about fed up with my manager. The Jackass tells us it is our job to come up with new ideas and think outside the box (help him to perform his job). Hello I am not being paid your salary to think outside the box and do your work. I have my own job to perform and worry about. Wipe your own ass. This place is a little "F" backwards, your job is to support us as a team not the other way around.

We have a manager hired off the street. He walked around bragging he was a CPA and then sized up his competition to pick fights using his CPA skills. He found out real fast some people knew more than him without a CPA accreditation. After a little time he would only single out the weaker individuals to bully. On no terms is he teaching them only riding them for his ego trip.

Great asshole to have lurking in the office today, thank you HR for all the help you have provided us.

Moynihan’s management style created permanent internal Game of Throne players.

Backed by HR and endorsed by Monahan and executives.

Is this how Moynihan made it to CEO?

Yes, if you are accused of something wrong and you did not do it. Cry like they wish you too in-order to stroke the ego. Make them feel powerful and ask for mercy for something you did not do. All will be better then. They need to feel like Jesus high on a pedestal as if they were someone special. Confess it was someone else and make something up about your co-worker in-order to keep the witch-hunt moving and the dumb arrogant manager mystified and angered (Will you have a pension and severance when it is over?).

If you want a job in the military then join us at Bank of America. We will feed you. We will tell you what color the sky is each day. We will piss down your back and tell you it is raining. We will mess with your head. We will tell you when you can go home and sleep. You will either stay single or be divorced after you have given all you can give.

If you feel this is what you desire in a career, come on in and drink our Kool-Aid. Eventually you will understand we are without noble practices or beliefs after we push you out the door in the real world. Be happy single and drunk

Sounds like witnesses against bank of America will end up on the bad list for telling the truth. Maybe the witnesses might turn up missing because you can never trust corporate security. Do not laugh, it has happened in Bank of Americas history (before and after -called mysterious boating and car accidents).

If you could not find an acting job in Hollywood this is your second best bet.

We have scripts for everything except going to the restroom. 10% of the scripts are open ended leading to either trapping yourself or entrapping someone else in breaking a rule. Internally we have trick rules to make you look like a murderer, bank robber, thief, failure, hero or any other type of role management can come up with. It is a slow brainwashing episode if you drink the Kool-Aid. It is apparent they have formulated these tactics without laws preventing most of it. The government needs to infiltrate this place further to gain a better handle on the true situation.

March 26, 2015 Former Employees: Bank of America Used Dirty Tricks to Force People into Foreclosure.

Lies, Half-Truths, and “Blitzes” The statements from the former Bank of America employees were filed in a Boston federal court.

Five of the six former employees said in the statement they were told to lie and mislead customers regarding required documents.

These Tactics are similar in terms used currently on employees in Charlotte by Managers, HR, Corporate Security and sanctioned by Executives.

I have seen this more than once in my life. Now days you cannot trust the false and inflated information in the employee file. The misleading wording is falsely planted for one reason. Help tarnish your honor and ability because someone does not like you. The people who creates such records should be fired because it is one sided.

I agree with this to a point. Our manager was targeting northern college degree personnel. She created her own elimination campaign. I assume she felt they might one day succeed her in accomplishments and status. She created circumstances whereby they would fail.

We watched and she set the tone for the group to follow her ideology or else.

The employees were the smartest and kindest people we ever had in the department.

She is a very despicable human (NC).

Educational systems of southern states normally rank at the very bottom of the pile.

This might be a contributing factor of how poor decisions are made by management, HR and Corporate Security.

Some are not educated and it is not their fault they were promoted by using these same tactics. They do not know better but then again, they are still being protected by HR and executives too help continue the games.

I had a manager who would campaign against his employees by holding parties and only inviting 90% of his employees. This helped set the tone where the people from the party would help eliminate the people the manager did not want in the office. This meant withholding information, tricking people, giving half answer. I think you get the point. Discrimination provoked by the manager. The bank is ok with this behavior.

Partial blame should rest on the state of NC and Charlotte politicians in particular. North Carolina is giving great incentives to this bank. The incentives should come with a fine line stating North Carolina does have the right to amend incentives each year (this should be based on tactics and treatment of employees). This bank is outsourcing many jobs and flying in people from out of state each week. The politicians might be sleeping with the CEO. BOFA controls the news companies in Charlotte.

My manager projects psychological violence and his supervisor will help perpetrate some of it. He is a little ego guy. He attempts to justify being nice. In mumbles he says "I wonder what they have I can use them for". He will lie in attempt to find out what you know about something. He will attempt to accuse you of something you did not do in order to figure out if your telling the truth. He will purposely pit people against each other if he sees a working team or friendship forming. He bullies the group into agreeing with his decisions and ideas. The supervisor thinks my manager is the greatest thing since peanut butter. I want out of this shit hole today. HR asks me if I have any proof of my accusation and I better be careful about what I say. You know what HR- I hope he tells us to do something illegal and we will all follow his instructions since you do not care.

Some of these corporate security folks are coming out of government services from fighting the war on terror. These crazies then apply the knowledge in attempt too wage a war of terror on the civilian employee population. Other weirdoes are given government instructed classes and feel they are now a special forces team empowered ego trip of justified fun and terror. No one is keeping this group in check.

YUUP!!!! As suggested in the BullyBusting Strategies section of our book, The Bully At Work, everyone should first hold employers accountable for faithfully enforcing their own lofty, noble internal feel-good, "respect for all" policies. Short of breaking a law, conscientious employers, who care about credibility with employees (this does not apply to this bank). However, the reality is that policies designed to restrain negative behavior are typically aimed at non-supervisory employees. "Violence prevention" means stopping employees from being violent, while ignoring daily psychological violence perpetrated by supervisors and their enabling managers who refuse to apply policies to themselves. However this bank encourages psychological violence perpetrated by supervisors and their enabling managers!!!! SAD BUT TRUE

I have walked through charlotte office locations numerous of times and agree with the amount of corporate security violations (one in particular- computers not being locked when unattended). Based on the current rules I could have eliminated thousands of employees within the last two years. Corporate security is making exceptions in the rules when they wish too. Corporate security is only targeting people who HR is identifying to be removed from the bank. They will give second chances to people on the favorite list. This is corporate profiling purposely not spelled out in security manuals to help leverage this conduct. It seems we do not eliminate people who are favored by department managers. We also concentrate more resources internally to help eliminate headcount. This might contribute to our systems being purged from outside attacks.

Corporate security and HR are considered the scum of the earth and a fraud. After reading this departments will be notified and the managers will determine receivers of the memo to lock computers. This information will not be given up freely to everyone. This is another setup by mangers and corporate security. Was the information hinted or was it effectively communicated and how was the message communicated in words or email. Was there a verbal follow-up to help eliminate misunderstandings with our vague security rules? The bank enjoys subtle hints because you are in charge of your own career. Isn’t that special (sincerely the Church Lady). Yes I am on lunch break.

Some people have received awards in the form of Louisville slugger bats with the banks name on it or golf clubs etc. Some receive letter openers with the bank name on it (let us call these Knife, Shank, Pencil). Others receive sharp objects in the form of resin etc.

These awards (weapons) are against the employee handbook and with some creative wording by mangers or corporate security will be interpreted as a threat. This will be the next game played against employees. We will ignore the manager bullies threatening employees of course. Corporate Security cockroaches eat this shit up as the crooked establishment they represent.

When your manager would like to shadow your current job it will tell you a few things. Number one - they do not know how to perform your job. Number two -they want to find away to show you are not performing your job. Number three – they will attempt asking of more detail from you in-order to claim you are not performing the job. Number four- they will attempt to distract you by adding additional duties on your plate. HR will help the manager fire you. Begin to look for a new job and quit or do not show up when they most require your expertise.

Looks like it is a simple formula. HR is not playing nicely. The managers are not playing nicely. Corporate security is defiantly not playing nicely. This creates a toxic environment where everyone for themselves rule applies. This means one strike you are out. The executives have set this in motion and it will continue until the bank implodes on itself.

We have hired incompetent executives who introduced an insane type of management style.

The below is one reason why we see managers, corporate security and HR having problems.

My manager is a nightly boozer and heavy caffeine addict until we run out of coffee in the office. He is one big hangover and game player.

Bank of America hiring boozer managers with (DSM) what is next?

The medical community has recently taken caffeine withdrawal quite seriously. It is estimated that one in eight people will experience symptoms that will interfere with ability to work or function for at least a couple of days. Researchers in 2004 suggested including caffeine withdrawal as a verifiable condition in the Diagnostic and Statistics Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

It is all fun and games until someone goes postal (It is sad to say but it needs to happen before they will change procedures). After layoffs of the department floor they will post double guards at the entrance of the building. Management will then have the balls too demand all employees on the floor check ID’s of people they do not recognize. Lets set this in motion as an example: I approach the person I do not recognize and they say they are looking for my department manager, I ask for ID and I am shot dead at the door and the departmental manager runs down the stairwell laughing like the spineless kids they are. Not me, if I see a stranger I immediately point them toward the person in charge (I will even draw a map for the stranger). It is called reverse self-preservation (take that you communist management rats). Man up and fight your own battles management, I have children.

Management will secretly watch you perform daily routines and (at will) purposely find ways to show it is wrong (numerous ways of performing a function and in some cases they will attempt to ask other co-workers to help find something incorrect). They will wait like a predator and bring the instance up three months later to ding you on performance reviews. They will continue to perform this slim shady trick. Sooner or later they will box you in a corner in a attempt to force you out unless the department budget plan changes or the manager changes their mind and begins to like you.

You forgot Age discrimination proportionately aligned with higher paid employees. I distinctly overheard my managers and divisional like mangers share how much money each person is making in the department and pointed out terms of elimination. The manager rumored the pay rates of some people to the group helping a hazing effect feeding frenzy in the department ending in negative treatments. Irresponsible at best with the educational level we retain. These are children managers of all ages. Next time you look at these people from the bank down dress them as the child mangers they really represent (most are the ego shorty ones).

-BAC has provided a statement by their actions showing no employee loyalty agreements.

-BAC continues the headcount elimination war using Dirty Pool Techniques.

=Below are BAC crimes against their own employees.

-Given unethical choices such as take the transfer or loose eligibility for a severance.

-BAC is looking for any type of infractions so they can deny severance pay to employees.

-BAC Celebrates by issueing bonuses after performing headcount reduction.

-Terminating employees because of wearing cologne in order to steal severance.

-Creating unorthodox special internal for your eyes only black lists.

-BAC created more employee amendments and rules than you could possibly learn in a lifetime to help employee blunder or misstep accidentally to fire them using one strike policy.

-Using employee one strike your out rules. We are all in agreement, real bank ethics would have supplied training to help elimiante all types of infractions against employees. We understand BAC will use all means to win. This unethical winning spirit will include using high level or detail level whenever it works. We also know employees are not entitled to use the management code of ethics called “do not ask for permission now but ask for forgivness later” endorced through the management fraturnity from the CEO.

-BAC created an internal security equal to the Natzi SS

The Waffen-SS as the armed wing of the Nazi Party's Schutzstaffel (SS, "Protective Squadron"), This protective squadron will freely lie and mislead in attempt to prosecute anyone. They also feel they are the hand of justice in the United States as seen in the following link.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKIAXr2nxfg

-BAC fires over Web based training hitting below the belt when someone asks a question about gov sanctions for foreign countries and you work in Bankruptcy, you most likely need help on CBT's. 90% of these tests do not apply to the job you were doing. For us to learn we should be allowed to ask questions and learn about the correct answer as a team.

-BAC adds banners and posters in documentation and on walls endorsing team players but it is all a game. The working environment is promoted as everyone for themselves.

-BAC have refined their elimination games, such as “being in charge of your own career”, CBT’s, small print disclaimers, wearing too much cologne, using personal email for personal commuincations and then maliciously applying proprietary information rules, one striker you’re out.

-Creating new ambush techniques by adding new twists, a disclaimer that say.. failure to comply will result in disaplinarry action up to and including termination.

-Hitting below the belt by Ambushing everyone over Web based training by setting new termination rules never seen or explained before .

-Hitting below the belt by using Corporate security too look back far as possible (years) to find any type of insignificant infraction (inconsequential, meaningless) in attempt to wrongly interpret rules or associate a non voluntary act and report it as a true violation using one strike your out methods.

-BAC never holds managers accountable for irresponsibility and will use biased judgments in favor of managers if complaints are filed.

-There is no doubt BAC will now take this information and attempt to disguise, rework, camouflage and deny all information discussed above.

No doubt BAC will change the games up and play singular games so no one can connect the dots as easily as this website has uncovered it. The employees ask where is the Labor law reform, Where are the Lawyers to stop this infringement on employees. Where is the government?
