Well this week is the last week for many career school support staff. It's interesting that there has been no new org chart sent out or an email of who is leaving and who is staying. I guess it is on a need to know basis and many of the remaining staff don't need to know. It's like these staff members will just disappear. A lot of institutional knowledge is walking out the door. The senior corporate suits are handling this layoff poorly and the remaining line staff have very little trust in what McCray and his team say or "promise." They have taken the fragile staffs' morale and pile drove it into ground.
And so goes the CEC "turn around" by subtraction.
