UOP's political influence is waning. Buying off politicians, members of the DoE or the HLC, and local media outlets may have worked in the past but with the negative spotlight on this industry so bright right now that shit isn't going to work anymore. The decision to uphold gainful employment and dismiss the challenge to it brought forth by lobbyists representing UOP and others proved that these companies aren't going to be able to wish away their problems by orchestrating shady backroom deals with people of influence. The shit is hitting the fan and you all need to protect yourselves by any means necessary. Save your emails. Record your 1 on 1's. Save every text your manager sends you on your personal cell phone. It may not matter, but it's good to have just in case.

Yes, you should send emails to the DOE that talk about numbers, referrals and REGs, etc. This boiler room must be shuttered. Most managers and many directors will be axed in June--Apollo must pivot and recruit/advise like a traditional school or they will lose Title IV and VA funds. UOP is in real danger of failing.
Good one, they might as well own the DOE. Good luck, that Camden guy has been trying for years.
If that's the case, guess all those emails I saved focusing on #s and REGing students might have to make their way the the dept of Ed
