Anyone else getting the Bankruptcy announcement in the mail? It's the official court docs from Delaware... Why would we be getting this?

Ha. If you still have stock just google COCO Stock to see how much money it's worth. Or you could divide the number of shares you have by 0.001.
Bankruptcy petitions are pretty much a data dump of all vendors , payroll list etc. you may or may not have a claim but they don't meticulously go through to determine this when filing. It's kind of the kitchen sink approach. It all Comes out later in the wash.
Any former employee might have a claim against CCI or the related entities (employment discrimination, for example) so it is standard practice to send that notification to all former employees.
Just a CYA. I quit almost a year ago and s didn't have any stock. Probably in case you try to sue them or recover your last paycheck they probably won't be giving you.
The letter isn't for stock options. I don't have stock with CCI but I received a letter as well. Any other possibilities anyone can think of?
My guess is that you received the notice because you are the lucky owner of now-worthless CCi stock options, so you have a potential claim.
