layoff contnuing on daily basis but few people a day to reduce bad publicity, even after declaring in town hall that layoff ended.

mgmt tell intown hall that they need poeple with knowledge of n cloud, mobile and big data and products but syntel dont have work in this area and fired people with those skill in april itself. DM/DD and PM dont have knowledge in this tecnology but they are not fired. All pm dm dd are useless but not firing

syntel freshers training does not include these trainings. mgmt playing joke on people to cover their failure to get projects and orders

The most trageic part was it didn't compesnsated to employees with three months salary.

Dudes don't blame HR Guys. They are just the puppets in hands of delivery. The main games is played by a failed body shopper (MSO Pune Head), Reddy (BU Head) and other similar rolled guys.

These incompetent LE5 thought all like them. They could not grow the HCLS and kept blame on resources. Does resources bring projects or sales and DD's should bring? They don;t have basic common sense and think that a AP2 / AP3 guy should stand before Client Managers and get projects.

They lay off randomly. I was the best performer with E20 rating but still layed off.

The reason given to me by the HR was my cost which was again low when compared to other companies.

Start complaint against HR who are misbehaving and taking advantages of the situation. you can put them before Human Rights Commission. Labour Commission. Take baby step against layoff and termination. The commissions will protect you and your job. If you see the HR all are from Kerala as per plan devised by Sujay Putran

Still the same no. Of huge junk of HR recruitment team is there. People are not understanding that they are creating huge bench. Including global bench, vertical bench and slowly moving billable Project leaders and Project Managers to that pool. As per townhall discussion CEO and COO mentioned that only 700 service orders are created for billable opening position and they have 4000+ Non billable people are there. Start look for jobs. Ultimately they will bring the situation that people are in bench for 2 to 3 months and they are not able fit themselves in the bill ability. Come out of your comfort zone and think on your family, career
