After losing a couple of talented team members during the last layoff I can't help but wonder...when is TTS getting cuts? They keep adding more people to our project while most of them have nothing to do. More than a few are literally sleeping at their desks. The leads are useless and they all seem hostile to anyone that is not TTS.

May 2015 TTS still trying to deliver the March cuts
Oct 2013: Layoffs in TTS (.com)
Jan 2014: Layoffs in TTS (throughout multiple areas)
Feb 2015: Layoffs in TTS (Canada)
March 2015: Layoffs in TTS (BI)
I don't know why people think TTS hasn't been impacted by layoffs.
Cut TTS KMGs and DMGs. They actually became more top heavy after March RIF.
Anonymous104443 - Sorry but all of the organization functions like that. People take the credit when its a success and hide when there is a failure.
Nope. Not BS. Perhaps they haven't affected your area. If you call a group of people into a 9:00 am meeting and let them all go with severance pay, it is a layoff
567...that is BS...I've been in TTS for quite a while. You are confusing layoffs for termination due to performance. get your act together before posting nonsense.

I work in tts and we have had layoffs every year for the last 7 years. Don't think that they are done. You might have to get used to trimming every year like we have.
Agreed 10448. Let's stop bashing other areas of the company and "wishing" layoffs on certain teams. Layoffs suck all around and I wouldn't ever wish it on anyone. Best of luck to everyone in the coming weeks/months.
TTS has reduced via contractors who did work, Canada individuals that where some of the top performers and other top talent that had gotten tired of the corporate BS and just left on our own.
Enough hatin. But the rumor is that they will loose big numbers soon. I heard that they are going to kill a bunch of projects. Like the 19 different mobile apps.
Our standup is focused on an excel spreadsheet. And no one talks.
TTS Moto: tell them it can't get done and take all the credit when it does.
