Imaging the lost productivity at with the removal of experienced Follett employees. Now add the lost hours from the month FHEG town hall meeting, brown bags, corporate town hall meetings and weekly huddles. In my old team alone, 16 hours is lost every week. Multiple that by hundreds/thousands of employees and it is staggering.

and then you are told you're useless too because you fail to make failure profitable. Hurray!
LOL... the day the company gets it will be the day that cars can run on water.
Better yet, let's upgrade the website and report to the company the upgrade was without issues. UNETHICAL! Meanwhile, an entire department makes running jokes of the lies leadership told, and express their disdain for actions during and leading up to that point.
Now lets publicize an application upgrade and act like it was a great success and a huge effort. Give me a break, it is a frickin upgrade. But if you have no other successes you make a big deal out of the mundane app upgrades.
I'm trying to, but the mind games usually have my focus elsewhere.
History repeating itself! Nero played his fiddle while Rome burned to the ground. FHEG management doing the same thing. Useless programs, no clear cut direction. Company being run by individuals who gave absolutely no concept or idea of how to run a company in such a unique marketplace. Those individuals who did are gone.
Now add in weekly touch bases with supervisor, dept meetings, team meetings. For my team, about 24 hours a week. 3 whole days of meetings, for what?
You don't have to imagine that, all of it is true
