The last time I recall seeing an employee survey the results showed that CSW scored 75+ indicating that everyone was so engaged at work and that level of commitment was only found at innovative game changing companies like Google and Apple.

haha this is awesome, I thought that was the smell of the old cafeteria staff they buried under the formerly known as building c bistro, now the "gym" - the facilities org is almost as bloated as ops and both produce an equal amount of nothing - probably SAP's fault too, has nothing to do with a bunch of mouth breathers....I probably know more about plumbing than the cro mag numbnut dorks that keep climbing those stairs. Every one of those facilities guys has that hunked lip whuh look on their face and they probably all walk through the plant thinking the 2 halfway attractive women in csw like them, especially the ones with the sunglasses perpetually perched on their heads...quite the attractive squad of corporate directorship...and we all wonder what the issue is!?
We are truley sorry that our facilities team hasn't been able to respond promptly to your "poop smell" issue. It appears that we are managed under a higher standard than many other groups here at CSW. Unfortunately we are too overwhelmed to deal with the complainers, the needy, the entitled and the insecure at this time.
There is a reason they only released selective results and it took a year to do that. What is even more comical, is that they haven't used the actual shadow feedback to make any changes. Nobody at csw is looking to walk around with an armful of free pizza, but good freaking grief, what does it take for some dude that sits in an office all day, producing nothing other than a formatted report to say, hey guys thanks, i appreciate it.
If you have any skills, you would be surprised how many jobs there are for those that are willing to work as hard as the ones that post on this board seem to be...if not, keep sitting in your cubicle and get paid, the end is near...smells like poop for a reason and it isn't because or crack squad of facilities people are too busy to fix it.
