There are those who are satisfied placing their Destiny in the hands of L-3 Vertex Madison. There are those who are content to Wait, Watch and Wonder. They Wait to see what L-3s future is. They Watch others at Madison L-3 to see what they will do. They Wonder about what L-3s plan is. Those people that wait, watch and wonder usually get left behind in the dust, laid off "by surprise". They believed all the corporate lies way too long, they drank several glasses of the grape Kool-Aid, they refused to look at all the clear signs and come to a logical conclusion, they trusted their shifty-lying management time and time again. However, there are always OTHERS who sense what is coming and move on. OTHERS understand that Destiny is no matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved. OTHERS don't sit and wait, watch and wonder about L-3 Madison. OTHERS take their destiny in their own hands. They create, develop, find other careers/jobs elsewhere. OTHERS always seem to know which way the corporate winds are blowing and they move swiftly and accurately securing their own futures and taking charge of their own lives. OTHERS know that they are the architect and builder of their own life and Destiny. YOU HAVE GIVEN THE MANAGEMENT AT L-3 MADISON WAY TOO MUCH POWER FOR WAY TOO LONG. STOP SURRENDERING!! TAKE YOUR DESTINY INTO YOUR OWN HANDS!!!

I ran into someone who was "laid off" by Madison on the last purge. Like most people who leave and end up in a better place, they looked fifteen years younger and ten pounds lighter.
I used to be one of those waiting watching and wondering, until I got laid off by this shi**y company. being laid off was the best thing that happened to me. I found a better job,more pay. and now I have more time to spend with family. I have time for a life!
