As an Adjunct, Heald wasn't a bad gig. I turned in my notice right before it imploded and moved into an Adjunct position at a JC. It was a great learning experience at Heald, I hope some students walked away from my class better than they came in.
Good night folks
I have seen a bunch of student posts like this. I managed to line up another for profit job when I saw things falling apart at Heald, so I had a bit of a soft landing. At this new "college," it is the same stuff I saw at Heald. Horribly unprepared students who turn in work that is shocking. They email me about not dropping them so they can get financial aid checks. The whole system is a mess. If you have been lucky enough to get out of the business, good for you. What a waste of our Master's degrees.
You have earned your degree and you may now start making payments on your student loans.
