I am seeing some high pay grade people - whenever they talk, they rarely stop. when asked a specific technical question, they will tell you how many years experience they have, and where they have been, and how many accidents they have seen before, balabala.

The pay is not that fair - number of years in the industry is a critical factor, rather than what you can really do. Because of that, people with the same age but different degree or other credentials will have significantly different pay grades.

Well then someone post anonymously and let us know something because it's not cute when the ax falls and you knew nothing. All companies care about is themselves and working you to the bone until they decide you cost too much and then they let you know at the last minute.

Ask your boss. He already knows. He doesn't know about himself however.

not any official yet, but seeing much lighter emails from BU's to ask for help. Guys in ETC are asking around each other how they can help... everything is to get charge code to meet their billable hour %,
