next quarter there will major mangemnt chnges, DM, DD , and sr mgmrs will be the focus. due to recent discovery of auctioning of available billable positions by DMs and DDs ( 1 lakh for making B4 billable for 6 months, 50 thousand for B3 billability provided the person is close enough to DD/DM to keep things secret apart form other requirement like being marati in poone office and tameel in chennoy office etc..etc
