Where do you guys see Weatherford five years from now? Is the company going to be different? Is the market going to be different? How?

I just have this to say... After working for this company for 3 years, I cannot see how this company has gotten as far as it has. Lack of good management, lack of training, lack of safety concious employees and lack of dedicated employees. It all comes back to management at all levels. There is no accountability for employees actions. Everyone wants to blame management, but truth be told, the employees just say and do what they want when they want and have been getting away with it for so long that when management does step in then they are bad guys. So if it continues going this way Weatherford the Company will suffer.
Weatherford will be gone and acquired by a more serious and more professional company.
In 5 years, business as usual. Making money.
