A Union would of covered our backs in stressful times like this and would of kept us informed of everything. Not like it is now where the supervisors and upper management are not telling us anything and yet upper management will be deciding everyone's fate.They won't tell us anything until the last minute. It's a shame to see so many people grovel and beg just so that they could keep their jobs.

If we were in a union this disaster would not have happened. We don't have nobody covering our backs now. and that's why everybody is ignoring us. Upper management will continue to ignore us and they will do whatever the hell they want with us. That's why we are being overwhelmed by so many kiss assers who think that by kissing ass they just might be allowed to stay.
Ya man join a union so they can get a free chunk of your severance package and give you absolutely nothing in return
