That being said, if the work is being manipulating by nepotism, exactly who is going to obtain and keep a job? It will not be the skilled or educated. Therefore causing the company (BHI) profit.

It is a low skilled job that pays a lot. But keep that our little secret.
Fathers-in-laws hiring son-in-laws or seeing that they are hired. Last names are different so HR does not know.
