Lots of complaints on this board with the assumption "The manager of such and such department will read my little post, and everything will be fixed." I thought about it, and those managers not only don't have the time to read this board during the day, but they are not allowed to be 'surfin the net on company time (and when they go home, they got their families, and home life to do).
So here is what would be helpful. Would someone "in the know" please post a list of main managers (i.e. the "boss's boss"). Then at least we know who to complain to.
I personally would like to know who manages the Higher Education Group (College Textbook Buyback/Acquisition) for the California area (sorry I'm too afraid to provide my specific city).
