Why didn't the school communicate this to adjuncts? WTF?

Received check today via UPS
I received a USPS tracking number from Zenith that a package will be delivered today to my address. I assume it is my check.
The clown car rolls on, even after the business closed. We were told the checks could be picked up twice, then we were told they would be deposited, and now they are in the mail.
I am also waiting for pay from these a**clowns. I assume they are scrambling to scare up money and delaying. We were literally told that the check is in the mail. In the meantime, the students who spent their federal loan money on new cars and rent are having loans forgiven. What kind of world is this?
