I dont understand how the blacks at my location are still there. I thought they would be the first to go, they are only there because of affirmative action. I guess with all the racial mess going on they are trying not to stir anything up.

I am here to tell you, as a black dude, who was being train by a complete idiot who happened to be white. It wasn't because he was white he was so clueless , the guy was just Clueless! He would admit how confused he was about the whole process. However, every one kept holding his hand. Even my Mexican supervisor( who pretend he knew more than he did and always seem the need to let me know that ) would witness his f**k ups and was happy enough to bail his a## out constantly! All the white managers would pretend he wasn't clueless or slow. I mean, this was stuff he should have known years ago , but was still asking the other SME s. It was so ridiculous,it was nearly hilarious! I thought it was a joke. Yet, I had only been there 3 months , yet i got blame for things he trained me on and nothing was ever said to him seriously when he screwed up.NOTHING! Yet, I was getting dang on little petty stuff and i was the NEW GUY! . I am witness that no matter how smart as a black guy you are , you have to be PERFECT! However, clueless white DUDES?
