no days off paid...no bonuses...2014 PIP is another grey figure...management/HR are non-responsive and absolutely rude and unfriendly....just wondering is this the SLB stands for with a verbal msg "We care people" ...SLB values has definitely changed a lot since new management of Mr Paal wore the cap.
CTI which was a month for a year service is paid as 2 weeks for a year service and that too capped to 13 yrs...SLB has screwed all benefits. I sincere advice after more than 18 yr of service...If u r IM outside, avoid moving to US OR try to move out asap. Anyway now even HR say they have changed everyone status to GM from IM in US as a policy.
