Term structures are as such that futures in oil prices will not predict higher prices. Frackers not as profitable and the year of oil is over despite the rally. Decline in rig numbers is reason for small oil gains. Demand is still low. Baker Hughes executives are dumping their shares of ownership in the company by the millions of $$$$. In other words it ain't over yet!
